Our senior Assessors, internal qualifiers, and trainers have a minimum of twenty-five years’ experience of providing care services at management or supervisory level and a minimum of twenty years’ experience delivering effective vocational learning packages to care sector employees.

Spencer Training, formally Top Cat Training is a training and assessment centre established in February 2002 and endorsed by skills for care, and accredited with the awarding bodies Pearson and Highfield.
